First of all I would like to mention how quickly the seller delivered this set. This seller had the best price, including the extra bonus disk making this a 25 disk set.It's really hard to believe this show is over 20 years old. Five seasons of “Six Feet Under,” which premiered on June 3, 2001 on HBO. Of course I haven’t had cable for over 25 years, so this show was new to me.It is an intellectual, ahead of its time, brilliantly written with heart and humor series. The only age give away was Brendas awful wardrobe, even 20 years ago was matronly and boring lacking any sense of style or taste.But that would have been the only give away that this series is over 20 years old. The content made me feel as if this was taking place today, with smoking pot, and sexually provocative issues that closed the 20 year gap.What I couldn’t believe was the buying war between Amazon and eBay, this series has a 20 year hunger that keeps on going. I became addicted and knew that I must own this series.I was surprised what good condition this set was in, even the grass on the top was in tact without any worn spots. What I did learn was that most sellers on eBay were selling DVD's that couldn't be played on DVD players in the US.That's when I decided to buy only on Amazon.
