Watched several reviews on the previous 48L model. Some people had modified their unit by adding a computer fan to circulate air better. On the 2025 model there is an additional fan to circulate air just like the modification.The new model includes a built in humidifier. A small drawer for distilled water. There is a fan above the drawer that kicks on as needed to maintain humidity.This has heating and cooling so temp is maintained very well.The other nice feature that is new is the digital readout for setting and monitoring temp and humidity.They have listened about the one dome light being useless and added strip lights on the door so inside is well lit. The door glass is not as reflective as previous model so it's easy to see inside without opening the door.They also fixed the door over previous model. You no longer have to open it almost 180 degrees in order to pull out drawer/shelf.This maintains itself very well. I put two hygrometers inside at different levels to verify the readout. Stays within 1⁰ and 1٪ consistently.It is very quiet like the previous model.The nit picking cons: only comes with one drawer and one shelf. Another shelf or drawer would have been nice.The drawer has two dividers which is nice. But if both are used only short cigars will fit. Toros won't fit.I took out one divider and works for longer cigars.Highly recommend this unit. One of the best priced out there with all of these features and performance.
