Andy and Piers are very well known in the instruction community, especially in the digital realm, so this is NOT just another how to... these guys are absolute authorities in golf instruction. It is set up in weekly intervals of video instruction with drills and on the course practice to accompany each weekly set of videos. So yes, there is homework!I think the most important thing I could emphasize with a review here, would be to stress who I think these classes would benefit the most:Id consider this type of instruction IDEAL for the high handicapper (~20) who has maybe taken a lesson or two, and needs touches up on the fundamentals. These can be an absolutely wonderful basis on which to build your swing, ensuring the proper essentials.I happen to be right in that area, so I found these videos incredibly helpful.I've been a 20 HCP, who has struggled greatly with inconsistency and a wicked slice off the tee. There is NO DOUBT that just a single viewing of the program "Breaking 90" (even without ANY practice) has helped shave a few strokes. For me: weight distrobution and ball placement. These are things I wouldn't have noticed without proper instruction, but I didnt need to waste 100 bucks an hour on personal lessons for these intro skills! You're basically buying online access to videos that describe both lessons and drills, working on various parts of the game with escalating levels of difficulty and specificity to your game.I found the ball placement and weight distribution, as well as swing stop checks some of the most helpful guides. This is why i stress that it really should be not only accessible but VERY helpful for higher handicaps.Id have the suspicion that most single digit to scratch players would benefit from in person tweaking and personal golf instruction more than what these videos could offer, but YMMV.The included tees, and ball marker/repair tool are a nice enough add on, nice to get something physical for such a high price for online access, and does actually round the package out nicely (but surely an afferthought in the package). If you're like me and struggling with consistency, surely give this a look. I think, at 100 bucks, it would go much further than a single lesson which can run at that price point for just an hour.Overall, it must be just a PART of your routine if you want good results, but it surely could be a great base!I hope this review and included pictures were helpful, if so let me know by clicking below!Any questions, just ask!
