Includes a variety of sausages: Bratwurst (12oz): Our traditional gourmet Bratwurst contains 100% pork, seasoned with white pepper, ginger, and nutmeg. There are three, 4oz bratwurst per package. Frankfurter (12oz): Our foot-long frankfurter, made with pure pork shoulder and a natural lamb casing, is smoked with hickory and apple wood. There are four, 3 oz frankfurters per package. Smoked Kielbasa (12oz): Our smoked kielbasa contains 100% pork, seasoned with mustard seed, garlic, and spices. We cook these over applewood for hours, so they have a nice smokey flavor. Italian Sausage (12oz): Our classic Italian sausage combines primo pork with a blend of garlic, fennel, and chili flake. Kasekrainer (12oz): Käsekrainer, the delicacy of sausage, is found in every town and city in Austria. A traditional street food, these plump pork sausages are studded with Emmenthaler cheese and smoked over apple wood. Once warmed through and lightly crisped, each slice yields a gooey, cheesy interior.
