I recently purchased the Gunmetal Chiseled Parker IM Rollerball. This was my first Parker instrument, though I have owned Mont Blancs, Cross, and Waterman pens before. The pen itself is pretty solid and well made. The cap has a rubberized "pressure" seal feel when you cap the pen, the bottom and top of the pen are polished metal with no emblems or designs. The pen design itself is quite attractive, the cuts are defined for a "chiseled" look. The color is eye catching, shiny, no blemishes on the writing instrument.The only issue I had was a seemingly dead ink refill they included. It wasn't writing very well at first, but after some use, it smoothed out and the ink now writes beautifully. A pen that isn't very heavy, about the same weight as a resin Starwalker, not as heavy as other metal pens, and certainly not as "wide and bulky". A great pen for the value, I could buy 10 of these and not yet afford the cheapest Montblanc. A great value for those who want a nice pen, but not at a ridiculous price.
