Well, let's start with the positives. It's a beautiful and vibrant piece made with thick glass. It seems to be very durable. The product came very well packaged. It was shrink wrapped with a Saran Wrap type material. It was then wrapped in thick bubble wrap. Additionally, it was then packed and surrounded by solid styrofoam, top, bottom, and all sides. Finally, it was packaged in a well taped box with "Fragile" stickers placed on it.Now for the negatives. For one, it did not come in three pieces like advertised in the photos. The back is coated with what seems like a white primer. I scratched the white primer on the back when trying to mount the picture to the wall. I missed the mounted bracket and scratched the back with the screw coming out of the wall. Well, when you scratch the primer, you are actually scratching the picture. I got lucky and scratched a black colored area so I just filled it in with Majic marker. Then I placed painters' tape around the mounting brackets in case I missed the mounting bracket again. There were no instructions, and no warning regarding this issue. Also, there are no screws and anchor bolts included. Oh, and the mounting brackets are not spaced evenly. I purchased two separate items of the same size and the brackets were not mounted in the same place for both pictures. So, whatever you do, do not scratch the back of the picture as it is very thin and scratches very easily. Still a nice piece of art, but be careful when hanging it.
