If our designers find an issue with the image you uploaded, we’ll reach out to you and request that you upload a different photo. You can also message ArtPix 3D before placing your order if you’re not sure about your image. How long will my 3D Crystal last? Our custom engraved products are designed to last forever! The engraved image inside will never fade Can I add text underneath my image? We can add up to 150 characters of text to select items in the following categories: 3D Crystals, Reflections Series Crystals, Love Series Crystals, and 3D Candle Holders. We cannot add text to any of our Accessories. How long will it take you to make my 3D Crystal? If you place your order before 2PM CST, we will process it the same day! Once it ships, you should receive it within 2 business days. Do you deliver on Saturday? Yes, we do. If you place your order before 2PM CST on Thursday, we’ll deliver by Saturday. Orders placed any later in the week will be delivered on the following Monday.
